About the Role

O2E Brands Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable from our franchises, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounts receivable records, including invoices, royalty statements, and verification files.
  • Process EFT transactions for accounts receivable in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collect information and generate customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly accounts receivable aging statements and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of working papers related to accounts receivable transactions.
  • Follow-up on delinquent payments and address internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with additional month-end and year-end tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycled accounting or accounts receivable related experience.
  • General knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy on a consistent basis.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
