Job Description

As a Custodial Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our clients and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adhering to established safety procedures and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness throughout assigned areas.
  • Operating and maintaining housekeeping equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Performing various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Properly handling and disposing of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
  • Reporting any maintenance concerns or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Securing the facility by locking and unlocking doors as required.
Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to follow safety procedures and precautions due to potential physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to changing needs.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required in certain situations.
