Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

At OPENLANE, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and buyers to increase purchase activity and buyer penetration.
  • Utilize OPENLANE technology tools to drive sales growth and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Relations and Outside Sales teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
  • Good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.
  • Valid driver's license in the province of employment.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
