Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rattan Law Professional Corporation.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functioning
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages in a professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain and manage digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Permanent full-time position
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language of work
