Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate events and travel arrangements
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
- Assemble and distribute packages to clients, following up on signatures and pick-ups
- Access client information and status updates from CRA representatives or by calling CRA directly
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, photocopying, and collating documents
- Send and receive messages and documents using various methods
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Respond to client inquiries and forward to appropriate personnel
- Accurately complete data entry and information updates as assigned
- Provide backup reception desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in an office, call center, or administrative assistant role
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to meet client expectations
