Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Shannex Incorporated.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and services of our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports and records as needed
- Participating in team, client, and family meetings
- Collaborating with clients and families to meet their program expectations and needs
- Conducting tours and interviews to obtain pre-admission information
- Coordinating admission, transfer, and discharge of clients
- Preparing funding requests and reports relating to client needs
- Promoting a safety culture and ensuring client safety
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
