We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Blackfish Pub Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Availability for shift or on-call work, as required.

- 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
