About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
Work Environment
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
