Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker II to join our Banking Center team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and driving sales and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to build and deepen relationships
  • Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Support sales and growth initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
