Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker II to join our Banking Center team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and driving sales and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to build and deepen relationships
- Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Support sales and growth initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
