Job Summary:
Securiguard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Professional to join our team in a key role. As a Security Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Operations: Conduct regular patrols of client properties, monitor CCTV systems, and respond to security incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting and screening visitors, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately record and report all security incidents, including details of events, individuals involved, and any actions taken.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other security professionals and support staff to ensure seamless security operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Security License: Possess a valid Alberta Security License.
- First Aid/CPR: Hold a current First Aid/CPR certification.
- WHIMS: Have a valid WHIMS certification.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience in security, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
