Key Responsibilities- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Reception and Clerical Duties: Provide exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
- X-ray Services: Take and develop X-rays, ensuring accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
