Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and explaining treatment options.
  • Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental clinic.
  • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including processing and tracking dental work.
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and organized dental environment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care by scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and handling reception and clerical duties.
  • Take and develop X-rays to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
  • Invoice patients for dental services in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
