Dental Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed.
- Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental practice.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Supply Maintenance: Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient dental practice.
- Front Desk Duties: Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- X-Ray Services: Take and develop X-rays to assist in dental diagnoses.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services and manage financial transactions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental setting.
