Dental Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sharing Smiles Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental office.
- Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide reception and clerical duties, including answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
- Take and develop X-rays to assist with dental diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Invoice patients for dental services and maintain accurate financial records.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week of work.
