Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As an OCM Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and transformation within one of the largest transportation companies in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement actionable and targeted organizational change management plans, including business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, coaching, and resistance management strategies.
- Conduct business impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
- Design and implement evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational change.
- Prosci Certified in Organizational Change Management.
- Experience in training material development and technical writing.
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in mergers and acquisitions and organizational change management.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in the transportation industry.
