About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Clearpath Robotics. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our health, safety, and environmental programs across our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into business operations.
  • Develop and maintain HSE metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in a manufacturing or automation environment.
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Professional HSE designation (e.g. CHST, CRSP) is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Acts and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
