Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience within a store location. This role requires a customer-obsessed individual who can engage with customers, build relationships, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales and achieve store metrics goals.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Participate in monitoring and positively impact the achievement of store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Assist with visually merchandising the store and complying with brand standards.
- Help monitor the security of all Company property and report any discrepancies.
- Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.
The Sales Consultant must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
