Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team in Sales. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the store. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Utilize our products and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service, consultative selling, and solve customer issues. Promote sales growth through effective communication and drive results-oriented sales efforts.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth product knowledge and apply this expertise to promote products, manage inventory, and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with team members, support cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a role model for customer service excellence.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Standards: Work collaboratively with visual merchandising and operations teams to maintain high-quality store presentation, drive visual standards, and create engaging store displays.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate reports, complete administrative tasks, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
