About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KPC Accounting Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.

Supervision and Leadership

Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff to achieve business objectives.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of administrative efficiency.

Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities to administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Meeting and Event Coordination

Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Office Procedures and Routines

Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Recruitment and Scheduling

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and schedule appointments to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.

Contract Management

Manage contracts to ensure compliance with business requirements and regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients to maintain a positive reputation for KPC Accounting Ltd.

Data Entry and Reporting

Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records and reports.

Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Develop and implement staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.

Customer Greeting and Direction

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
