About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at TNMTS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen costs, including food, labor, and supplies, to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.

The primary language of work is English.
