Role Overview
Guest Relations
• Cultivates guest satisfaction through a welcoming demeanor, approachability, and consistent presence within the establishment.

Operational Management

• Reviews conducted inventories.
• Ensures food and beverage costs meet hotel and brand standards.

Health and Safety Compliance
• Ensures cleanliness of dining areas.
• Maintains equipment and assets in good working order.
• Develops action plans based on hygiene assessments and monitors execution.
• Enforces hotel safety regulations and ensures compliance.
• Upholds the hotel's commitments to environmental sustainability, including energy conservation and waste management.
• Responsible for the safety of individuals and property within the designated area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred.
- Valid Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel food and beverage operations.
- Experience managing a comprehensive beverage program in a multi-outlet environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability while maintaining exceptional guest and employee experiences.
- Expertise in menu design, effective marketing strategies, and online reputation management.
- Strong business acumen, including pricing strategies, revenue management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
- Management experience in a unionized setting is an asset.
