Role Overview

Guest Relations

• Cultivates guest satisfaction through a welcoming demeanor, approachability, and consistent presence within the establishment.

Operational Management

• Oversees and promotes all food and beverage outlets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management preferred.
  • Valid Food Safety and Smart Serve certifications.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Experience managing a comprehensive beverage program in a multi-outlet environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability while maintaining exceptional guest and employee experiences.
  • Expertise in menu design, effective marketing strategies, and online reputation management.
  • Strong business acumen, including pricing strategies, revenue management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
  • Management experience in a unionized setting is an asset.
