Marketing Director

About the Role:
The ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Marketing & Branding to lead our marketing efforts in the U.S. and Canada. As a key member of our Marketing & Business Development Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing communications strategy that aligns with the ROCKWOOL Group's global brand architecture and positioning.
- Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Public Affairs & Communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the North American marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies, including creative marketing agencies, event marketing, and Public Relations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong data analytics background and experience with marketing performance metrics and tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
