Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our Industrial East division and drive growth targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams, with a strong focus on operational excellence and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically direct the operations of our Industrial East division, with a focus on achieving growth targets and driving operational excellence.
  • Oversee the integration of services acquired through the Insulation division acquisition, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and expand our operations within the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on insulation, scaffolding, coatings, and fireproofing sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a particular focus on highly regulated environments such as the Nuclear industry.
  • Direct complex project portfolios, overseeing project execution, risk management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to support our growth objectives and enhance our competitive position in the market.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior managerial expertise as well as proven experience in multimillion (over $100 Million), large and complex construction projects in urbanized environments.
  • Ability to develop corporate strategies and long-term plans.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards, particularly in highly regulated environments such as the Nuclear industry.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
