What is the opportunity?
The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation to join our Transformation & Enterprise Operations (TEO) team. As a key member of our Strategy & Operating Office (S&OO) team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our strategy to enhance, scale, and optimize our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic leadership initiatives to drive business growth and transformation
- Lead the planning and development of business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in transformational change, including strategy development and initiative execution
- 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale and complex enterprise initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to simplify complex concepts
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
