  • Curate and maintain a selection of high-quality wines, ensuring they complement our diverse culinary creations.
  • Guide guests in selecting the perfect wine pairings for their meals, showcasing your expertise and passion for viniculture.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, demonstrating attentiveness and professionalism throughout each interaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining establishment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both staff and guests.
