About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Room Assistant to join our team at 9066-5720Québec inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is required.
