Auberge Saint-Antoine is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

As a Dining Room Attendant, you will work closely with the Head Waiter and fellow waitstaff members to provide seamless service throughout the restaurant. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting guests warmly, serving meals promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up the dining area before service commences, ensuring tables are properly arranged and equipped.
  • Deliver ordered dishes to guests with accuracy and attention to detail, presenting meals in an appealing manner.
  • Provide attentive support to waitstaff members during service, assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clear plates and cutlery promptly after meals are finished, maintaining a clean and tidy dining space.
  • Refill water glasses, ice, and other beverages as required, ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common service areas, including storage spaces and work stations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and French languages is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism during busy periods.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, contributing to a harmonious and supportive team environment.
