Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients warmly and establishing a personal rapport during each visit.
  • Ensuring patients receive optimal hygiene treatments based on clinical assessments and their oral health goals.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to helping, educating, and enhancing our patients' lives.
  • Preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organizing, cleaning, and upholding a sterile clinical environment.
  • Fostering a positive atmosphere by collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.
  • Exhibiting enthusiasm for a fast-paced work setting.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant.
  • Successful completion of CDA (NDAEB Exam).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in an orthodontic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
