Position Overview

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine administrative processes to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Manage the administrative operations of the organization.
  • Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining effective inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and oversee budget management and expenditures.
