Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the opening and closing of the office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding office operations.
  • Welcome visitors, assess the purpose of their visit, and guide them appropriately.
  • Draft, input, revise, and review various documents as needed.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, facilitate information flow, and coordinate scheduling.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Completion of a relevant educational program or equivalent professional experience.
