Position Overview

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support both the clinical team and our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Conduct interviews with patients to gather essential medical histories.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Insurance Processing: Complete and manage insurance claims and other necessary documentation.
  • Organizational Duties: Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and office documents.
  • Inventory Control: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement effective office procedures and routines.
  • Confidential Record Keeping: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and address their inquiries.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
