We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Team Leader to oversee our customer service operations at The Bruce Hotel. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school diploma
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Perform the same tasks as the team members being supervised
  • Coordinate, assign, and review daily tasks
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality
  • Order necessary materials and supplies for operations
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer service clerks
  • Oversee a team size of 5-10 individuals
Work Environment
  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
