Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reviews

Conduct regular performance reviews with customer service team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues.

Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including coordinating tasks, assigning work, and reviewing progress.

Technical Support

Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support the customer service team's operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
