Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Finance to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business performance and drive improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
  • Verbal and written communication skills - In-depth/Expert.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth/Expert.
  • Influence skills - In-depth/Expert.
  • Collaboration and team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth/Expert.
  • Able to manage ambiguity.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,400.00 - $171,600.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
