Job Title: Team Manager

At Tiffany & Co., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to achieve business objectives and implement operational improvements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all client interactions are positive and memorable.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales generation and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A college or university degree.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
