Role Summary

The Pursuit Specialist team is essential in managing the proposal process from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with business development and marketing leaders, as well as various stakeholders across North America, ensuring that all submissions are meticulously prepared and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire pursuit process, from initial qualifications to proposal submission and final selection.
  • Effectively manage large teams under tight deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the necessary qualifications and project types relevant to the program.
  • Collaborate with project managers and marketing professionals, coordinating efforts with external consultants and experts.
  • Engage with internal teams, including writers and graphic designers, to enhance proposal quality.
  • Review and edit both technical and non-technical content within proposals.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including government forms and client questionnaires.
  • Compile information on previous projects and develop team resumes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in strategic planning for capturing new opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date pursuit status reports within the CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement processes.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person engagements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
