Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire pursuit process from initial qualifications through to proposal, interview, and selection phases, ensuring all submissions are meticulously prepared.
- Effectively manage large teams and meet tight deadlines with precision.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the necessary experience, knowledge, and project types relevant to the program.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and business developers, coordinating with sub consultants and subject matter experts.
- Engage frequently with internal teams, including writers and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive submissions.
- Assess both technical and non-technical content, providing edits and improvements where necessary.
- Complete required government forms, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements accurately.
- Compile information on previous project experiences and develop personnel resumes.
- Conduct market sector research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Assist in capture planning efforts.
- Maintain precise pursuit status reports within the CRM system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard procurement processes for professional services.
- Willingness and ability to travel for in-person engagements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
