Job Summary
The EMP is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, ensuring holistic and comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
- Minimum two years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology
- Knowledge of Extra-Mural Services and community resources
- Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record
- Clean criminal record check and current CPR Level C certification
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work all shifts and maintain a good attendance record
- High regard for confidentiality and excellent work habits
Note: For positions in the St. Stephen EMP unit, a valid Canadian passport or Nexus card is required.
