Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our programs and services
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and creative development of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Event, and Donor Engagement
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and communications, including website development and social media
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, MailChimp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Experience in non-profit marketing and fundraising
