Job Description

At Canus Transportation, we are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Drivers: Oversee a team of drivers to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and equipment to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and analyze driver performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Training: Train and develop drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Ensure Safety: Ensure that all drivers are following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
