Job Summary:
McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of policy and claims services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation processing, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Record and process various claims transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Responsible for accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate accounts receivable procedures.
- Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of follow-up lists.
- Solicit new personal lines business from existing accounts and provide quotations where required.
- Provide backup for other Personal Lines Account Managers as required.
- Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations.
Requirements:
- RIBO Licensed, or RIBO license eligible.
- Minimum 2 years sales/service/processing experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, good written and oral communication skills, organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, team player, accuracy in recording details.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; EPIC is an asset.
