Personal Lines Sales Broker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Sales Broker to join our team at the FamGuard Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and building relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Needs Identification: Develop and implement strategies to identify customer needs and preferences, and tailor our products and services to meet those needs.
- Sales and Marketing: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Qualifications: AIC/RIBO license, or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, with a preference for candidates with experience using Epic, Salesforce, and Company portals.
