Audit Specialist in Labour Relations for Expense Management

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Interpret and implement Collective Agreements pertaining to expense management.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of expense reports and claims.
  • Recognize patterns and devise suitable solutions.
  • Develop and sustain audit-related reporting mechanisms.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operational officers regarding expense submissions.
  • Draft and disseminate directives and educational materials concerning the application of the Collective Agreement and expense processing requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Labour Relations and/or auditing.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Expertise in process development and enhancement.
  • Proficient in Excel and the broader MS Office Suite, as well as SAP ECC, including expense reporting, time tracking, and master data management.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Committed work ethic, capable of meeting deadlines autonomously.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships and influencing across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with Railway Engineering Services is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Collective Agreements and expense reimbursement policies is beneficial.
  • Experience with Fiori and Concur Expense Tool is a plus.
