Job Summary

Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will support various HR Functions within the People Team, including International Talent, Engagement, Health and Safety, Talent, and other HR administrative duties as required. As a Coordinator, the role is to assist the HR team in achieving the People Mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate reports for the HR team
  • Support with new content creation and updates for internal HR sites
  • Support with company policy updates
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Support with employee survey administration
  • Support with in-office event planning and execution
  • Other administrative duties, as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ~0-2 years experience in HR
  • ~ Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets/Documents) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • ~ Creative thinking
  • ~ Flexible/Hybrid work environment (3 days a week in office)
