We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the labour and delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Current Level C CPR certification.
- Labour and Delivery / Recovery / Post Partum: Two (2) years recent related experience with a significant labour and delivery component, working in an acute care setting and / or recent completion of an Advanced Obstetrical Certificate and / or recent Midwifery Certificate.
