Retail Sales Associate - The Estée Lauder Companies

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated cashier to oversee all sales operations in a dynamic retail setting, adhering to all cash management and reconciliation protocols.
As the last point of contact for customers before they finalize their shopping experience, you will create a lasting impression by delivering personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction and that they have all they need before leaving the store. This includes verifying their registration in our customer database to maintain exceptional aftercare standards.
You will also assist in providing product availability information to both staff and customers, and occasionally help with staff scheduling.
With your enthusiasm for outstanding customer service, you will monitor the sales floor to guarantee that all customers are welcomed promptly and served efficiently.
In your front-facing role, you will utilize your strong communication skills to manage phone inquiries, ensuring timely, proactive, and professional follow-ups, as well as reaching out to customers about upcoming events and product launches, and scheduling consultations. Qualifications
  • Prior experience in cash handling
  • Experience in retail or guest services is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to deliver genuine, personalized customer service
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country if selected for an interview
  • Expected Hourly Range: $17.45 to $26.15 (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies provides a range of benefits for eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on specific plan terms). You may qualify for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, according to the guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Further details regarding the commission plan will be shared during your onboarding process.
