Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Commercial Account Managers to promote the Bank's solutions via various distribution channels
  • Manage a senior portfolio of commercial clients, optimizing sector efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Establish a strategy with partners to maximize market impact and improve sector visibility
  • Participate in drafting the annual business plan for the market and manage its execution
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through various acquisition and retention activities
  • Act as an ambassador of the Bank within the local community and foster relationships with key partners
  • Ensure compliance with rules and operating procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with new market developments and ensure products and services meet clients' changing needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management and/or coaching
  • Strong background in commercial credit and business development
  • Good understanding of various banking systems
  • Strong ability to influence others, good leadership skills, and ability to manage priorities
  • Sense of autonomy, organizational, and change management skills
