Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.
- Lead program management for large-scale, complex, critical enterprise initiatives within the organization.
- Ensure programs are delivered in a cost-effective and efficient manner, adhering to the organization's methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
- Establish effective procedures for gathering requirements, incorporating various methodologies, interviews, workshops, and mockups.
- Design and implement business requirements, use case design, logical data workflows, use case surveys, and non-functional requirements in a technical capacity.
- Document detailed business requirements and translate them to functional requirements for the team.
- Prepare and socialize detailed project status reports with stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives, including communication plans and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support project managers and program managers in implementing program strategies from inception to project completion.
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to Cybersecurity greenfield implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to understand and analyze complex issues and situations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation as requested by the client and team.
- Collaboration and training skills to work with other resources or train the team for future sustainment activities.
The compensation for this role is $65-$75 CAD per hour.
