Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cash Handling Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing cash register transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process cash register transactions, including handling cash, cheques, debit, credit card, and gift card payments.
- Balance cash register and handle financial paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain showroom inventory and workspace cleanliness, adhering to company standards.
- Process refunds and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.
Requirements
- Cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
