About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to provide recommendations to customers, ensuring that they receive the right solutions for their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to source, order, and deliver parts and accessories to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Perform various tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of automotive and/or sales experience, with a strong understanding of aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and work in a physical retail environment.
